All garage door and garage door opener installations include a 1-year labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on the original invoice.
This warranty request form is intended only for customers with an active Right Way Garage Doors labor warranty.
If your Right Way labor warranty has expired but you still have an active manufacturer warranty on a product or part, please contact our office to schedule a service appointment at (707) 446-9214.
Right Way Garage Doors is not responsible for pre-wire located inside walls or attics.

If the reported issue is determined to be outside of warranty coverage, additional service charges may apply.
If your garage door is off track, hanging unevenly, making loud noises, or difficult to open or close, discontinue use immediately until the system can be professionally inspected.
