Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Conner was very good. However, I feel like the company gouged us on the price. $409 for the work that was performed seemed very steep. Due to the pricing, I would not use your company again. I researched what it would normally cost, and it was about two thirds what I was charged. It was too late in the day to get another company out, and my wife could not get her car out of the garage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Garage Door Repair Done Right! But best of all. The technician is knowledgeable and friendly. Also cost was explained very well and clear. I had a free inspection. And joined the service plan. 10.00 a month is a small price to pay for a piece of mind. Btw the new Garage Door Opener is AWESOME! Super quiet and the led light is super bright. So glad I called Right Way Garage Doors.
Update: Turns out the garage door opener installed is even better than I thought or imagined. This door opener has a camera lens you can open. Turns out I can have Amazon do garage drops. My deliveries will be put in my garage. By a one time code. And kept safe. Thank you again Right Way Garage Doors for my setup. It even told me when the wife got home. And that’s a bonus. 😉 And another update Armando, is the Best!!! He is on point and made sure every bit of my door was solid. Thank you RWGD!!! Another update. Just had an annual service checkup. Carlos was my guy. Super friendly and professional. This is the only garage door company.

Verified To keep a good story short. I contacted this business and heard from them right away. They ended up sending Matt out a couple days later. He showed his humble professional knowledge on garages out the gate. We came up with a good solution with in my budget and the last thing i was expecting was for him to say let's get it done now. All in all he restored my out dated garage system, motor, rollers, added sensors the hole shabang in under 2 hours. Couldn't recommend a better garage service.

Verified Rightway DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. They installed a new garage door for me. Everything leading up to the installation went really well. They sent a sales guy who spent two hours walking me through options, taking DETAILED measurements, and reviewing material samples. the door arrived about 6 weeks later as promised. Andrew, the installation tech, did a beautiful job with an especially challenging install due to our low garage ceilings. Unfortunately, after the install was complete it was clear that there were cosmetic defects with the doors. Andrew took a few photos and said that someone would be out to take a closer look and the door may need to be replaced. No one came out or called but after about a week of radio silence, someone sent a text that said 'we spoke to the manufacturer and they said this is how it's supposed to be'. I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone at Rightway to explain the problem to them so I don't know how they even spoke to the manufacturer and of course both the manufacturer and Rightway are incentivized not to do anything about this. My dispute with them continues. All I can say is that if you buy from them, you better hope everything goes perfectly because they do not stand by their work and their after-service is non-existent. Also, the fact that they do not manufacturer the doors allows them to punt the responsibility to the manufactuer. But since they are the ones buying the door on your behalf, you don't even have a clear line of redress with the manufacturer either. You are just stuck in no man's land.

Right Way Garage Doors has an afterhours call line, which is great for emergencies. My garage door tension coil snapped in the middle of the night, and I called their office. Surprisingly, someone answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning.
Dean and his team were able to fix my tension coil within less than an hour. He even went above and beyond and tighten the hinges, and sprayed lubricant. He was able to fix my garage door and also explained a lot of technical and important details about maintaining the garage doors. Thanks Right Way Garage Doors! Now, the garage door opens and closes smoothly, and looks like it glides!
