I'm really pleased with Right Way, last year they put in new springs and rollers and was glad to see Trenton again on today's call. Tells me they take care of their people. Right Way Garage Doors has an afterhours call line, which is great for emergencies. My garage door tension coil snapped in the middle of the night, and I called their office. Surprisingly, someone answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Dean and his team were able to fix my tension coil within less than an hour. He even went above and beyond and tighten the hinges, and sprayed lubricant. He was able to fix my garage door and also explained a lot of technical and important details about maintaining the garage doors. Thanks Right Way Garage Doors! He detected the problem very quickly, made the repair and the price was reasonable. I decided to give Right Way Garage door a call due to our garage not opening. I set up an appointment and today our technician Neil.L called beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Once Neil entered our garage he immediately knew what the problem was and it was that our springs were broken! Neil gave our options on different springs and price . Neil got right to work replacing the springs and checked that everything was in working order and lubricated.  Neil was done with everything in short time and friendly and professional and we will definitely call Right Way for any further garage door needs.

 Verified Had 1 of 2 springs break on a weekend and called Right Way, an appointment was scheduled for 1st thing Monday morning. Conner called right before arriving on time, inspected the unit and gave a detailed assessment on the needed repair. Explained several hardware options with no sales pressure whatsoever. He completed the job in rapid fashion, suggested upgrading to premium door rollers with a substantial discount since he was already here. Found several loose fasteners and repaired them at no extra expense. Fully lubed the system and explained how to maintain it. Price was very fair especially with the extra services provided.  Verified We had a new garage door installed by The Right Way Garage Doors. Our technician, Alex was courteous and did a good job installing the new door. However, my overall experience was very disappointing. This installation ended up being our 3rd appt. because the door wasn't received on time. While delays can happen, what disappointed me most was the condition the project was left in. After the installation, Alex pointed out a noticeable gap at the bottom right corner of the garage door and explained that it was due to our uneven driveway and that there was nothing they could do. The problem is that we didn't have this issue with our previous garage door. With the new door, the gap is large enough that rodents could easily get inside the garage. I understand that an uneven driveway can create challenges, but I expected better customer service and a greater effort to find a solution. For example, offering a thicker bottom seal, a larger bulb seal, a multi-layer seal, or another adjustment to help minimize the gap would have shown that the company cared about delivering a finished product, not just completing the installation. In my opinion, a job isn't truly complete if there's an obvious problem that affects the function of the door. The new garage door should look and perform at least as well as the old one, but unfortunately, it actually looks worse because of the large gap. I appreciate Alex's installation work, but I'm disappointed that no effort was made to address the issue or offer possible solutions.
