Our warehouse team is the backbone of our company, with varying duties, this position requires a versatile skillset and a hard work ethic. Experience in carpentry and power tool usage, drivers license and forklift certification is recommended but not necessary. General duties vary from moderate shop cleaning, lots of heavy lifting, minor steel work, and truck loading and unloading.

Carpenter experience and power tool usage is strongly suggested but not required. Our specialized departments are meant for the best builders, we want to fill this position with hard working, reliable, always willing to learn new skills, dedicated workers.

Our employees that work outside the office deal with customers one on one, as an installer, a sales person, or as a service technician. We look for reliable, hardworking people that take pride in their work. We train our employees to be knowledgeable and safe workers that can finish tasks on time with professional skill-sets.
Our insured installers offer a professional and friendly experience for our customers. Working all over the Bay Area you will need to be able to lift 75 lbs. and work with power tools. Must be reliable and able to finish projects/installations & service calls within time allotted.
RW’s Sales team is full of the friendliest, knowledgable, and professional employees that work hard and have a great time doing it. This job is based out of both our Bay Area locations, Vacaville & Hayward. Our sales team members need a drivers license and clean driving record, the ability to learn our products and sell them to our customer base.
Our customer service in the field beats the competition every time, our service technicians are on the front line helping our customers fix problems most time same-day. Drivers license and experience with power tools is suggested but not required. Working outside and having a versatile skill set is what this position asks of you.
