Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love our new garage door. Daniel did a fantastic job installing it and walking me through the process. He worked hard and efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with. The salesperson Ryan was also very helpful, patient, and professional. Took the time to describe options thoroughly and answered all my questions and I had tons since I knew nothing about garage doors. Highly recommend going through Costco and Right Way Garage!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The technician Marcus was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, kind, & informative about why the service he suggested was needed. He was prompt about performing the service in the amount of time he quoted us.

He hung out to let me cycle the garage door a few times to see that it was much less noisy than before.

We talked about cars and family while the door was opening and closing. Great guy!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our garage Spring broke and a friend recommended Right-Way.
We called they come out at our convenience. Their Technician Manny showed as scheduled took an overall look at the condition of our door and gave us a breakdown of what he saw. He replaced the Spring’s and Tightened some loose bolts & Lubed the rollers and the opener. He also gave some home maintenance tips.
Thanks again to Right -Way
And “Manny” for a Professional and Pleasant Experience.

Verified To keep a good story short. I contacted this business and heard from them right away. They ended up sending Matt out a couple days later. He showed his humble professional knowledge on garages out the gate. We came up with a good solution with in my budget and the last thing i was expecting was for him to say let's get it done now. All in all he restored my out dated garage system, motor, rollers, added sensors the hole shabang in under 2 hours. Couldn't recommend a better garage service.

Verified Rightway DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. They installed a new garage door for me. Everything leading up to the installation went really well. They sent a sales guy who spent two hours walking me through options, taking DETAILED measurements, and reviewing material samples. the door arrived about 6 weeks later as promised. Andrew, the installation tech, did a beautiful job with an especially challenging install due to our low garage ceilings. Unfortunately, after the install was complete it was clear that there were cosmetic defects with the doors. Andrew took a few photos and said that someone would be out to take a closer look and the door may need to be replaced. No one came out or called but after about a week of radio silence, someone sent a text that said 'we spoke to the manufacturer and they said this is how it's supposed to be'. I haven't been able to actually speak to anyone at Rightway to explain the problem to them so I don't know how they even spoke to the manufacturer and of course both the manufacturer and Rightway are incentivized not to do anything about this. My dispute with them continues. All I can say is that if you buy from them, you better hope everything goes perfectly because they do not stand by their work and their after-service is non-existent. Also, the fact that they do not manufacturer the doors allows them to punt the responsibility to the manufactuer. But since they are the ones buying the door on your behalf, you don't even have a clear line of redress with the manufacturer either. You are just stuck in no man's land.

Right Way Garage Doors has an afterhours call line, which is great for emergencies. My garage door tension coil snapped in the middle of the night, and I called their office. Surprisingly, someone answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning.
Dean and his team were able to fix my tension coil within less than an hour. He even went above and beyond and tighten the hinges, and sprayed lubricant. He was able to fix my garage door and also explained a lot of technical and important details about maintaining the garage doors. Thanks Right Way Garage Doors! Now, the garage door opens and closes smoothly, and looks like it glides!
