Miguel and Andrew came to our house at 9:30 and were done by 5pm. The new doors look fantastic. They function well and are a lot quieter than our old doors. The whole garage door replacement process was very straightforward. We are very happy with the communications with Right Way and the installation. We are also glad to have Costco as the sponsor. Very happy customer! My garage door was broken and stuck half way down so the repair had to be done ASAP. Their technician made it over in about an hour and was very pleasant and down to earth. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

Our garage spring broke off last night, and I called RW right away since they replaced our motor back in 2020. They sent Ben Hughes to fix the garage door today. Ben was knowledgeable and recommended all necessary maintenance including replacing our worn out and torn rollers and brackets. He informed us that if we decide to update our garage door altogether that all parts and materials done will be deducted. He gave us estimates of all options for a new garage door. He was on time and timely in fixing our garage door, professional and friendly. Hopefully if we decide to get a new garage door, we would get Ben to replaced it.

Dustin arrived at 8:00 am on Monday morning ready to go. I appreciated that because so many companies insist on providing “windows” of time that they may arrive to perform their service and then frequently show up late and we’ll outside of that window. Dustin was quick, quiet and very efficient and the work he did installing our new garage doors was thoroughly professional. He covered all the things we would need to know about programming, operation and maintenance of the doors and my wife and I were very pleased with the installation, operation and especially the appearance of the finished product. I would definitely recommend Right Way Garage Doors when it’s time to replace your garage doors.

Right Way Garage Door installer Devin was very helpful. He looked over my issues and gave me three options to repair my garage door. He did not pressure me into buying something that I didn't need but gave me great input into how to correctly repair my system. With-in 1.5 hrs he had my door working, old system removed, new system installed, all trash picked up and removed. Same day sales and installation was great.

The customer service from Ben the service pro who came out and gave me a detail and honest estimate for two new updated garage openers with belt drive, motion detection, camera and Wifi was outstanding. Stacia from the office made it happen by sending out their technician Taihpan who fast, efficient and knowledge. He had everything done in 2 hours and set up was a breeze with the My Q app.

Carlos Gonzalez supervised and performed the installation of the doors and the operators. He also was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and cleanly. Trent and Travis were so fabulous! They are kind, fun, caring and really good communicators. They also did such an awesome job of installing, letting me know my choices I didn’t know I’d need to make before things got done so I would have what I wanted, and cleaned up thoroughly. I asked them for business cards because I know my neighbors are going to want to copy what I did! My doors are stunning! People kept driving by to ask questions - they’re show stopping AND work So beautifully! Can’t say enough… (windows will be revealed once my painter paints them - made it easier for him and will save time and money to leave tape in place).

Carlos has integrity. I informed him that I didn't care if he wore his mask. He insisted he did because if company policy! Also, he did a perfect install and great job in clean up!! My insulated door was installed quick and works perfect. Thank-you to Benjamin for coming out ahead of time and shutting my old door that broke and fell off the track. RW doors installed my original door in 2002. Lasted 20 years!!!
