Dear Sir,
Please forgive the lateness of this communication to your office regarding the work your personnel completed for me during the week of August 3, 2005.
During the week of August 3, 2005, while i was pulling out of my garage, the garage door fell on the back portion of my car, scraping the paint off the car and pinning the car underneath the garage door. I could not lift the door or move out the car, even after pulling the cord to release the door so i could be pushed back up by hand.
I called your organization and instead of having the existing door repaired, I purchased a new door system. This system was installed by Brad and Marcus. Please forgive the spelling of the names. The yellow customer copy is hard to read.
In any event they were able to install the new door system, the Same Day! Thus releasing my car from entrapment, allowing me to complete sensitive computer systems work at my office.
I believe that you and your staff are to be commended for your spontaneous response to what for me was an emergency. Their skillful ability to size up this project and move quickly was remarkable. It was certainly reminiscent of times gone by when people actually took pride in their work. I will certainly remember the work they did for me and i will most certainly remember your name.
Again, Thank you for saving me, for not taking advantage of the situation, for the completeness of the job and freeing me from a situation i found myself in.
Sincerely,
Melvin Ford |
